Crisis can be interpreted as being in uncertain, difficulty and danger conditions and has a universal meaning. More or less, we all have the same
understanding of it.
The crisis situation can be internal, individual or social and global but sometimes when this situation is defined in relation to geography, our common
understanding and interpretation is lost. A situation that has continued for several decades in some countries.
Crisis situation, whether personal or collective, usually becomes a tragedy when it happens in silence. Without being heard, without being seen and
without reflection.
